Terms of Service

1. Services

Correct Performance provides paid advertising management services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in individual service agreements.

2. No lock-in

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed. Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice.

3. Results

While we work to improve advertising performance, we do not guarantee specific results. Ad platform performance depends on many factors outside our control including market conditions, seasonality, and platform algorithm changes.

4. Intellectual property

All campaign assets, copy, and strategy documents created for you remain your property upon payment of all fees.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
